CEO’s prominent role in two international industry events highlights company as a global leader in sustainable silicone and rubber products and processes.
It’s been a busy summer for ACE Laboratories, including two events where our CEO Erick Sharp connected with other industry leaders, led a roundtable on sustainability and furthered our relationships in the European market. At Silicone Expo USA, Erick hosted a roundtable discussion with top executives from Fortune 500 companies such as DOW, Wacker Chemie and Elkay. Less than a week later, he attended the DKT International Rubber Conference (IRC) in Nuremberg, Germany. These two events helped build new connections and underscore our growing reputation as a leader in testing, consulting and development for the rubber, silicone, latex and polymer industries.
Erick attended Silicone Expo USA from June 21-23 and the DKT International Rubber Conference (IRC) from June 27-30. Event organizers at Silicone Expo USA asked him to lead the roundtable based on his knowledge of the silicone industry and ACE Laboratories’ experience in silicone testing related to performance and durability. Sustainability was also a focal point for the IRC, whose schedule included Sustainability Day, Tyre Day and Future Mobility Day.
“We partner with companies around the world who work in a wide range of fields, but one commonality they all share is the need to develop more environmentally friendly, sustainable processes and products,” Erick said. “We love playing a key role helping them achieve that goal.”
